Overview
Kittson County, MN has not adopted MN State Building codes.
However, a land-use permit is required by § 9.3 (Permits) under the Kittson County Zoning and Subdivision regulations. These regulations are applicable to every building or accessory, erected, altered with respect to height and area or added to through the county, including areas of incorporated municipalities.
